Friday Night Social Club
Evenings 6pm – 11pm (unless otherwise specified)
Standard 1:1 – 5hrs – $234.64
Hight intensity 1:1 – 5 hrs – $247.65
Standard 1:2 – 5 hrs – $117.30
Hight Intensity 1:2 – 5 hrs – $156.20
Standard 1:3 – 5 hrs – $78.25
Hight Intensity 1:3 – 5 hrs – $104.15
The above charges will come from NDIS. You will only need to pay the price of the actual outing stated on the event details. Activity cost will be invoiced to participants.
*Cancellation by Participant: Flintwood is required to receive notification of support cancellation by 2:00pm the day prior to the provision of support. If Flintwood does not receive such notice, as per the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Service Industry (SCHADS) Award Flintwood will classify this as a late notice cancellation or late notice change to supports.
*The cost of the event will still be charged if canceled less than 48 hours prior to the event as this is pre-booked activity.
