Flintwood provides support for two Group Homes located in Granville and West Concord.
Eligibility
Vacancies for Group Homes can only be filled though the Department of Ageing, Disabilities and Home Care (ADHC) Vacancy Management Placement process. To be eligible for this service, you will need to register with ADHC through the Intake and Referral line.
